Just because we offer free shipping on orders over $99 doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Most orders ship same day if placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday. We believe that getting your CPAP items delivered quickly is very important and we stock nearly everything we sell. You can almost always expect to receive your order within 1–5 business days to anywhere within the United States.

We offer faster shipping options for every item, including UPS next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary and can be determined during the checkout process, before any credit card details are needed. Selecting a shipping upgrade option will guarantee the delivery time.*
Shipping Orders under $99:
For orders under $99, the shipping cost is typically $7.75 ( Priority US Mail). For lightweight items we offer First Class Mail for only $3.50. Other shipping options such as UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Next-Day are also available. We make sure to disclose the exact shipping cost before you enter any credit card details.

For items returned for refund or exchange (for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact CPAP of San Antonio by phone or email before returning an item 210-899-2727 or Email Us.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer.
- We DO NOT sell used or refurbished equipment.
- CPAP machines are covered on all parts and labor for 2 t0 5 years, depending by the manufacturer.
- CPAP Machines, Batteries, DC/AC Cables, Headgear, Pillows, and all cleaning supplies are not returnable once they have been opened or used.
- CPAP Masks are covered for 90 days against manufacturer’s defects.
- Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore non-returnable.
- If the product is defective, within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number and a new product.
- Non-defective and unopened/unused Machines, Parts, and Batteries must be returned with their original packaging within 10 days in order to receive a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All domestic orders will be shipped USPS (Priority Mail for the United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified. Please indicate within the checkout screen if you wish to have your order shipped by USPS or by UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day. We recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail if purchasing a mask or CPAP parts. It will be delivered in 1–3 business days to anywhere within the United States and is typically only $7.75 when the purchase is less than $99. All CPAP/BiPAP machines and Battery's will ship and be insured by UPS. Saturday early morning delivery is also available. *All expedited orders placed after 3:30pm EST, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery.
All international orders will be shipped by Priority US Mail International unless otherwise specified. Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days and includes delivery status information. Express Mail International is a faster service that we offer. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days and includes delivery status information. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping and customs, delivery times and additional fees for international orders can vary.
CPAP Masks carry a 90 days warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective product, please call us and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you for the return. Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will then exchange the defective mask with a brand new mask.
Most CPAP and BiPAP machines carry a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. ResMed and Fisher & Paykel all come with a full 2 year warranty. If you feel you have a defective machine, please call us at 210-899-2727 and we will quickly contact the manufacturer and arrange for a replacement machine to be shipped to you for free. We will even include a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the defective machine back. In our experience, most manufacturers will replace the machine with a brand new unit and new warranty.
